Hire React developers
Anyone can build a component. Fewer can keep four hundred of them coherent.
React is easy to start with and unforgiving at scale. The problems that matter arrive later: state that has spread everywhere, a bundle nobody can explain, a re-render cascade on every keystroke, and a component library that everyone works around. We place engineers who have been in that codebase and know how it got there.
What's Included
Architecture that survives the second year
Where state actually belongs, which boundaries are worth drawing, and how to keep a shared component library something people reach for rather than route around. Most React problems presented as performance problems are structural.
Next.js, server components, and caching
Server and client boundaries drawn deliberately, data fetched where it should be, and caching understood rather than cargo-culted. This is where the modern React stack is genuinely hard, and where a confident answer separates senior from mid.
Performance as a budget, not a cleanup
Bundle size watched in continuous integration, render behaviour profiled rather than guessed at, images and fonts handled properly, and Core Web Vitals measured on real devices instead of a developer laptop on office wifi.
Accessibility built in
Semantic markup, keyboard paths that work, focus management in dialogs and menus, and labelling that a screen reader can use. Done as the component is written, because retrofitting accessibility across an existing front end costs several times more.
Design system fluency
Comfortable in Figma, precise about spacing and states, and able to tell a designer when a layout will break at a width nobody drew. Front-end work that needs pixel corrections for a week after every handoff is a hiring problem, not a design one.
Tests that survive a refactor
Behaviour tested through the interface the user actually touches rather than through implementation details, so a refactor breaks the test only when it breaks the product. Plus the end-to-end coverage on the few paths that must never fail.
How the work runs
Tell us the role
The stack, the seniority, the hours you need covered, and what the person will actually own. A short brief beats a job description, because it tells us what good looks like here.
passed when the role and the overlap hours are agreed
Meet matched candidates
You interview a short list of engineers who have already passed our assessment, not a queue of CVs. Nobody is placed with you who you have not spoken to yourself.
passed when you have said yes to a specific person
They join your team
Your repository, your standup, your review process, your definition of done. They take direction from your leads from the first week rather than working to a separate plan of ours.
passed when they ship without being walked through it
Scale, or stop
Add people as the work grows and reduce on notice when it does not. If the fit is wrong, tell us early and we replace them at our cost.
no minimum term: notice, not lock-in
How pricing works
Monthly rate per engineer
One rate covering the engineer, contracts, payroll, tax and compliance. You are billed for time worked, from the day they start.
No recruitment or placement fee
Nothing is charged for the match itself. If it does not work out, you have not already paid a fee for the privilege.
Notice, not lock-in
Scale up or down on notice instead of committing to a term. A wrong fit is replaced at our cost.
